What does your role as a Data Analyst look like ?

Our insurance company is data oriented (data‑driven) and stands out for its flexibility and technological edge, allowing us to transform data into real drivers of performance and innovation.

• You will join the Business Intelligence & Data Quality team, which plays a strategic role by providing managers and team leaders with the data they need to make informed decisions.

• You will collaborate with business teams to translate their needs into technical specifications.

• You will carry out data analyses on ad‑hoc requests in a structured way, ensuring they can be reproduced for recurring deliveries.

• You will integrate data from relational databases, files, and cloud sources to create dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI.

• You will conduct the research and testing needed to resolve potential issues with the report catalog.

• You will collect and enrich metadata to keep the technical documentation up to date.

What profile are we looking for our team ?

• You have initial experience in BI or Data Science. You have a background in data analysis (data modeling, data exploration, ETL, ...) as well as in programming.

• You have a strong command of BI tools (Power BI, Oracle BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Excel, ...), good knowledge of SQL, and relational databases. Initial experience with Datablicks is an asset.

• You have a good working knowledge of English, combined with French or Dutch.

• Basic knowledge of the financial/insurance sector or accounting is also an advantage.

• Curious by nature, you are a fast learner and can quickly become autonomous.

• Flexible, you enjoy teamwork and have a solution‑oriented mindset.
