What does your job as an HR Learning & Development Coordinator look like? 

As an HR Learning & Development Coordinator, you play a central role in shaping a strong learning and development policy within NN. You are the key figure who organizes, follows up on, reports about, and helps shape training initiatives. 

Are you analytical, structured, and someone who enjoys working autonomously? Do you gain energy from organizing, planning, and supporting people? Then this role might be perfect for you. 

Your main responsibilities:

1. Training Coordination 

  • You organize, plan, and closely follow up on trainings. 

  • You manage training registrations and handle all communication. 

  • You maintain contact with suppliers and trainers. 

  • You ensure all practical and administrative aspects run smoothly (booking rooms, arranging lunch, etc.). 

2. Reporting & Analysis 

  • You prepare reports on training activities and results. 

  • You prepare the social balance. 

  • You work accurately with data and deliver correct and timely reporting. 

3. Compliance & Regulation 

  • You manage and follow up dossiers related to PCP (Persons in Contact with the Public) and VVD (Responsible for Distribution). 

  • You ensure strict adherence to procedures and legal requirements. 

  • You monitor yearly mandatory training hours and intervene where needed (registrations, re-registrations, reminders). 

4. Onboarding 

  • You facilitate and coordinate the Welcome Days for new employees. 

  • You deliver introduction sessions in French, Dutch, and English. 

  • You support the further development of our Buddy Community. 

5. Project Work & Initiatives 

  • You contribute creatively to the design of learning journeys. 

  • You participate in various HR projects or take the lead yourself. 

  • You are encouraged to launch new ideas and help improve processes. 

6. Summer Student Management 

  • You align needs with the business. 

  • You coordinate candidate selection, planning, and onboarding. 

  • You collaborate with the interim agency on contracts and any extras.

  • thinks analytically; 

  • works in a structured and accurate way; 

  • can function autonomously (you are the only one in this role) while also enjoying collaboration; 

  • is eager to learn and hands‑on; 

  • learns quickly and likes to figure things out independently; 

  • works fluently with Outlook and Excel (pivot tables, vlookup, etc.); 

  • has excellent knowledge of French and Dutch, and good English.
