So, each quarter, you will have a ‘check-in’ conversation with your manager to look at how things are progressing and to see whether you need anything to make them go even better. And within your team we also create an atmosphere in which everyone can talk freely and help each other to grow. The most important training you will receive is ‘on the job’. Your manager, your mentor, your colleagues: everyone shares their knowledge and learns from everyone else. We also give you the opportunity to go on courses so that you can expand your knowledge and skills.
