What makes you the ideal candidate for our team

  • You hold a Master’s degree or have equivalent experience.

  • You have experience in the insurance sector, preferably in second-pillar life insurance.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience managing a team.

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a very good knowledge of Dutch and French, and a good command of English.

  • You are open to new ideas and technologies.

  • You know how to build, motivate, and communicate a vision to a team.

  • You work proactively on customer-oriented solutions with a focus on innovation.

  • You can maintain an overview while also managing the details necessary to successfully complete projects.
