Business Solutions Analyst

What does your job as a Business Solutions Analyst look like?

As a business solution analyst, you are part of our Data & AI-team within our Customer Experience department:

• You work closely with the Head of Data & AI, the Data Governance & Quality Lead, and cross-functional teams to ensure optimal project structure and data integration.

• You lead and support the planning, execution, and follow-up of Data & AI projects.

• You implement and maintain a locally adapted Use Case Lifecycle, harmonized prioritization, and assessment criteria.

• You ensure operational handshake and data process implementation with stakeholders (data owners, stewards, business translators, champions).

• You maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing and planned Data & AI use cases and support the use-case library and trackers.

• You drive data analysis and modelling tasks, ensuring actionable insights and high-quality outcomes.

• You monitor and report on the benefits and impact of initiatives, ensuring visibility of value creation.

• You support the adoption of self-service tools and data concepts across the organization.

• You ensure alignment across the full data chain—from source to consumption—by connecting stakeholders and supporting compliance with internal and external standards.

• You contribute to process standardization, documentation, and reporting within the Data & AI domain.

• You stay up to date with trends in data science, machine learning, and Agentic AI.

• You keep the relevant stakeholders – including colleagues at NN-Group level – informed in a timely manner about the progress of the various projects and involve them in the decision-making process.

How do you fit perfectly in our team?

• You hold a degree in Information Systems or a related field, or has equivalent experience.

• You have 5 years of experience in Data & AI, including digital transformation and change management.

• You are familiar with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK), metadata management, and ITIL.

• You have strong analytical skills and is proficient in Excel, SQL, Azure, Power Apps, and ideally Python.

• You understand modern AI techniques and is eager to explore Agentic AI.

• You have a hands-on mentality and goes the extra mile for the best result.

• You hold certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and/or Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) – a plus.
