What does your job look like as a Project Office Manager IT Roadmap?

As a Project Office Manager IT Roadmap within the IT domain, you are the central driving force behind NN Belgium’s IT roadmap.
You monitor the progress of the entire project portfolio and ensure structure, clarity, and transparent reporting towards the IT Management Team and the ExCo.

You build the IT roadmap, analyse budgets and KPIs, and translate complex information into clear presentation and reporting materials. You work closely with project managers, product owners, and scrum masters, ensuring that our governance, standards, and procedures are correctly followed.

You gain a broad view of projects across our four IT domains: banking solutions, broker platforms, customer‑facing digital initiatives (such as digitalisation & AI applications), and legal & compliance projects.

You are the one who keeps everyone aligned: where are we today, where are we heading, and what do we need to get there?

 

This is how you fit perfectly into our team

·        Bachelor’s or master’s degree (IT, economics, management or equivalent through experience).

·        Initial experience as a project manager or PMO is required.

·        Strong numerical skills, accuracy, and structured working style.

·        Ability to summarise and present large amounts of information to senior stakeholders.

·        Experience with budget tracking, KPI analysis, and reporting.

·        Knowledge of Power BI, PowerPoint, and understanding of Azure DevOps is a significant asset.

·        Comfortable working in a Scaled Agile environment.

·        You communicate fluently in English and in Dutch or French.
