  • You have a deep understanding of the digital needs and expectations of our distribution partners and are eager to map them out in detail.
  • Keeping up with digital trends in service delivery is your passion, and you know how to develop different digitalization scenarios.
  • You have solid experience with innovative projects and know how to work with analysts and developers to create impactful solutions.
  • You collaborate closely with colleagues from various business domains and IT to deliver digital projects.
  • You never lose sight of the end users: you listen to their feedback and engage with them to ensure that applications align even better with their needs.

This is how you fit perfectly into our team  ?

  • Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading innovation, customer journey design, or digitalization projects.
  • The ability to understand user needs and translate them into concrete proposals.
  • An autonomous and proactive work ethic, combined with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • The ability to see the big picture, work toward a long-term vision, while also taking action to achieve short-term results.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to represent the applications to end users.
