What does your job as an IT Product Configurator look like?
As an IT Product Configurator you play an active role in building, adjusting, analyzing and supporting the insurance products and processes in the policy management system. You ensure that the insurance products remain up-to-date, new products are built and all processes surrounding insurance policies / contracts run smoothly.
You analyze the requirements for changing and building insurance products (such as a car or fire insurance)
You design both functionally and technically the solutions to build in the requirements in the system
You configure the changes, new products and processes in the system (low-code)
You are responsible for the entire process from discussing the requirements with the business to releasing and maintaining the developments
You actively work with multiple business & IT teams
You support the operational teams in IT problems and explaining new functionalities
This is how you fit perfectly into our team
A bachelor in business or IT or an equivalent level
You have strong written and oral skills, with a very good knowledge of English and Dutch or French.
You are very good at solving problems and improving processes
You pay attention to detail and ability to work independently
You work smoothly with different teams, internally and externally
