What does your job as a EB Insurance Specialist look like?

As an EB Insurance Specialist, you provide technical insurance support to the Customer Care teams in the context of group insurance

You act as the point of contact for colleagues’ questions, assist with complex calculations, and offer guidance on the use of management applications

  • You are responsible for drafting user manuals and providing training whenever significant changes are made to management tools

  • You are in charge of formulating user requests and carrying out or coordinating user testing for our management tools

  • You also play a key role in incident management, ensuring an efficient and solution oriented approach. You support and guide the end user when an incident occurs

  • You are also responsible for reporting to various authorities, launching certain specific batches, and analyzing any resulting error reports

  • You work closely with the Customer Care Employee Benefits teams, our IT colleagues, the Product Development department, and the Legal department

  • You actively contribute to improving the functioning of our team by sharing your ideas with your colleagues and your team leader and, whenever possible, by taking initiative

This is how you fit perfectly into our team

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree with strong analytical and mathematical skills, or you have proven experience in managing life insurance contracts (preferably in group insurance)

  • You are proficient in Excel and comfortable with data analysis

  • You have excellent spoken and written French, and a basic knowledge of Dutch and English

  • You are proactive and enjoy taking responsibility

  • You have excellent communication skills, are assertive, and enjoy working in a team
